Job Overview: ChaGayeGuru Entertainment is seeking a smart, proactive, and dynamic female candidate for the position of Business Development & Operations Executive. This role requires a balanced skill set in client management, digital operations, data handling, team coordination, and promotional activities. The selected candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive business growth while ensuring efficient office operations. Occasional travel for client visits and on-field activities may be required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Handling:
    • Make outbound calls to clients, explain services, handle queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Manage the client onboarding process using the admin panel.
    • Conduct field visits and in-person meetings as needed.
  • Sales & Marketing Team Coordination:
    • Lead and supervise the on-ground sales and marketing team.
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and collect daily/weekly status reports.
    • Ensure field team meets their goals and maintains regular communication.
  • Data Entry & Digital Document Management:
    • Maintain accurate and updated data records in company databases.
    • Digitally organize and manage business-related documents and files.
  • Office Coordination & Administration:
    • Handle daily office operations and support internal teams.
    • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and general documentation work.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Handling:
    • Design and post creatives (posters, leaflets) on social media platforms.
    • Promote company activities through WhatsApp groups and other relevant channels.
    • Engage with online audiences to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Research & Industry Insight:
    • Conduct research related to the entertainment and sports industry.
    • Support the business with insights for strategic growth and new initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate (any stream).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
  • Strong verbal communication: English speaking is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and follow up consistently.
  • Comfortable with occasional field travel and client visits.
  • Familiarity with admin panels and basic CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field visits to educational institutions, organizations, and potential clients across the NCR region to present company services and platform benefits.
  • Actively engage with decision-makers in institutions to explain the advantages of listing on the company’s platform.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and customize presentations according to the client's needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to create opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and increasing client listings on the platform.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, potential leads, and achieved targets.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to generate new leads and promote the company’s platform.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and support post-deal execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a field or institutional sales role (Interns with potential will also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the NCR region.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of digital platforms and the ability to explain tech-related services.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
