2. Prohibited Content & Behaviors
A. Explicitly Banned Content
We permanently ban and report:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
- Any real, simulated, or AI-generated sexual depictions of minors.
- “Virtual CSAM” including suggestive anime, cartoons, deepfakes, or games.
- Exploitative Imagery:
- Sexualized depictions of minors (e.g., "child modeling" in inappropriate poses).
- Content that promotes or glorifies abuse.
- Grooming & Solicitation:
- Adults initiating sexual conversations or relationships with minors.
- Predatory behavior in DMs, livestreams, or comment sections.
B. Gray Areas We Monitor
We take extra precautions around:
- Innocent UGC (User-Generated Content) with risk potential:
- Family photos, videos, or vlogs involving children that may be vulnerable to misuse.
- Fictional characters resembling minors:
- “Age play,” animated content, or avatars that simulate underage personas.
- Metadata misuse:
- Hashtags, keywords, or captions that imply child exploitation - including those using suggestive terms in English or Indian languages (e.g., #Teen, #desiTeen, #18plusBachchi, or slang implying underage content etc.).
3. Detection & Moderation Systems
A. Human Moderation

- Escalation & Reporting:
- All confirmed CSAM content is reported to relevant law enforcement and watchdog bodies.

4. User Controls & Education
A. Age Assurance
- Strict compliance with Google Play’s target audience requirements.
B. In-App Safety Features

- In-app messages educating users on spotting and reporting CSAE.
- Collaborations with Indian child safety NGOs and participation in national awareness initiatives such as Safer Internet Day, Digital India campaigns, and school-based cyber safety programs.
5. Transparency & Legal Compliance
- Annual Transparency Reports publish anonymized statistics on CSAE-related takedowns.
- Law Enforcement Collaboration:
- Real-time reporting of CSAM to the Indian Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in), operated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, whenever such content is detected.
- We fully cooperate with government authorities and law enforcement agencies — including cybercrime units, crime investigation departments, and data verification bodies — without any preconditions.
- Upon receiving an official request from such agencies, we will respond within 5-7 days and provide all necessary data and access required for legal or investigative scrutiny.
