The detailed terms and conditions for tournament registration are provided below. Participating teams will be canceled if any violation of the terms and conditions is found at any time, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Tournament Dates & Timings: :

The tournament is scheduled from 6th to 30th April 2026, running from 9 AM to 4 PM. Final schedule & fixture will be sent to all participating teams well in advance.

Tournament Venue:

The tournament will take place at "Panjiyar Cricket Academy Ground, near Shani mandir, Sector 128, Asgarpur, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304".

Standards & Rules by AIFF:

The tournament shall be played as per the standards, rules and regulations decided by Football federation of India (AlFF) & T-20 format.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee (INR 12000 per team) is non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.

Age Limit:

Participating players (boys) must be under 16 years old, with a date of birth on or after January 1st, 2010.

Inclusion of Female Players:

To encourage greater participation of female players in sports, partial inclusion of girls in the team is allowed. However, a team cannot consist entirely of female players.

Player Changes:

Once a team's player list is submitted, no player from that list can play for another team, and no changes or exchanges of player names will be allowed during the tournament.

Protest Policy:

Any protest must be submitted in writing along with a fee of INR 2,000/-. The decision of the officials and the organizing committee will be final and binding. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be refunded, the opposing team will be disqualified, and the protesting team will be declared the winner. If the protest is not upheld, the fee will not be refunded. All decisions regarding protests will be made by the end of the day the match was held.

Misconduct:

Any misconduct, such as fighting, arguing, or breaching the code of conduct, by players, managers, coaches, parents, or teams within the premises will result in immediate disqualification of the offending team.

Injuries:

While first aid will be provided, the organizing committee will not be held responsible for any injuries (minor or major) sustained by players on or off the field.

Liability Disclaimer:

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, mishap, illness, or accident that may occur during the tournament. However, all necessary precautionary measures will be taken to ensure the safety of participants.

Final Authority & Decision:

The decision of the Umpire and the Technical Committee shall be final and binding on all players and teams.

Documentation Compliance & Penalties:

Any violation of the eligibility criteria will result in strict penalties, including the disqualification of the society. If a team is found guilty of submitting false documents or providing misleading information, all players and coaches involved will be permanently blacklisted from this tournament and any future events organized by ChaGayeGuru Entertainment.

Rights to change schedule:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes if any, in the schedule but must inform participating teams well in time.

Team Arrival:

Teams must arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before their scheduled match.

Player Conduct:

All players are expected to adhere to the code of conduct both on and off the field.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

Participating teams are solely responsible for their personal belongings and are strongly advised not to bring any valuable or expensive items with them.

Passport Size Photograph:

Submit one recent passport-size photograph of each player.

Date of Birth Proof:

Provide a copy of a valid document as proof of date of birth for all the team players. The original document must be presented for verification at the registration desk.

Interschool Proof:

Provide school ID card as proof of the school for all the team players. All players in one team should be from the participating school. The original document must be presented for verification at the registration desk.

Registration/Entry Form:

A completed and signed copy of this registration and entry form, including details of all players and their passport-size photographs, is required.
